The Association

A diverse group of women in relationships to ENCOURAGE, SUPPORT, and INSPIRE through fellowship and KINGDOM LIVING.

Ruth 1:16

As we follow Jesus and are continually transformed into His likeness, we gather regularly to grow in our faith, which allows us to join Him in making more disciples.  Mature saints, as well as new and seasoned believers, share practical knowledge and Godly wisdom.  The mentoring relationship provides guidance, encouragement, and support.

Psalm 95

Living in the Kingdom is our way of life.  We demonstrate Christ's reign in our daily actions—by obeying His guidance, being Spirit-led, and embodying the values of God’s Kingdom now, while we await its fullness when Christ returns.  As citizens of the Kingdom, we acknowledge God's rule and authority.

1 Timothy 4:14

In Scripture, fellowship (koinonia in Greek) means sharing, participation, and partnership. Spiritual gifts were given by the Holy Spirit not just for individual benefit, but to build up and strengthen the whole body of Christ.  The apostle Paul compares the church to a body (1 Corinthians 12): each member has a role, and when each part shares its gift, the whole body grows in unity and strength.

Leadership

The founder of The Ruth Experience is an anointed woman of God. She serves as executive director of a nonprofit organization focused on child welfare. She is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry and holds two graduate degrees, a bachelor’s degree, and several certifications in Christian ministry. She has taught as an adjunct lecturer in higher education. She has served as a church trustee, schoolteacher, women’s ministry facilitator, altar prayer warrior, and counselor for individuals, families, and marriages. She accepted Christ in 1994 and continues to believe that the Bible is inspired by God, who exists in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Her earnest prayer is that every man, woman, and child will come to know how much God loves them and live on purpose, using their God-given gifts.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

As we STEP into 2026, we extend our heartfelt blessings to each of you. May this be a year where the desires of your heart are fulfilled according to God’s perfect will, and where every seed you’ve sown in faith begins to flourish.

May 2026 draw you into a deeper, more intimate relationship with Christ Jesus—one marked by clarity, obedience, peace, and unwavering trust. As you walk forward, may you do so with courage and confidence, aligned with your God-given purpose and destiny.

It is our prayer that this year brings renewed strength, divine direction, and supernatural favor in every area of your life. May you walk boldly, love deeply, and live fully in the calling God has placed upon you.

With gratitude and expectation!

“Before joining The Ruth Experience, I was in a season of searching, trying to figure out who I truly was and where I was headed. I felt stuck doing the same things, getting the same results, and still unsure of my next step. I was looking for direction, peace, and purpose, but I didn’t know where to find them. Deep down, I knew there had to be more to life than what I was settling for.

When I joined The Ruth Experience, something shifted. This group has opened so many options for me; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Every time we meet, I leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and ready to face whatever comes next.

Through Ruth, I’ve learned what it truly means to let my yes mean yes, and my no mean no. It may sound simple, but it’s powerful. It’s taught me how to set boundaries, to stand firm in my faith, and to walk with confidence in the woman God is shaping me to be. Before Ruth, I struggled with that. I often said yes when I really wanted to say no, out of fear of disappointing others. Now I’m learning that obedience to God sometimes means letting go of what’s familiar and stepping into what’s right.

Being surrounded by my sisters in Christ has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. Their love, prayers, and encouragement have filled me with positivity that I didn’t have before. I always say, “When you hang around five broke people, you’re likely to become the sixth one.” So, saying that to say, who you surround yourself with truly matters. Since joining Ruth, I no longer feel like the sixth broke person… I feel like the sixth richest one. Not rich in money, but rich in spirit, rich in peace, and rich in Christ.

The Ruth Experience isn’t just a group, it’s a sisterhood, fellowship, and a spiritual home that continues to mold me into the woman God created me to be.”
